Peter K. Hoover, CFP®

Chief Executive Officer

As clients look to Pete Hoover for guidance, they can tell he’s someone who wants to help protect them and preserve their wealth. He’s been committed to this cause ever since he was a young man beginning to work and save for his own future.

In 1981, just days after earning a degree in finance from Shippensburg University, Pete launched his profession as an independent financial advisor, recognizing the value of objectivity and unbiased financial advice. He went on to found the local Institute of Certified Financial Planners chapter and later was named Certified Financial Planner of the Year.

Pete launched Hoover Financial Advisors in 2005 with a mission to manage clients’ wealth so they could feel financial peace and security both during their lives and extending to their heirs. A husband, father, and grandfather, Pete understands the importance of family financial planning. He’s seen firsthand how expert money management promotes contentment and quality of life for himself, his wife Beth, and their children and grandchildren. Pete strives to make this contentment and quality of life possible for his clients as they, too, fulfill their dreams.


William B. Mullin, CFP®

President

Will founded Malvern firm Villanova Financial Services in 2002 on the principle that careful and detailed planning can significantly improve each client’s opportunity to reach their financial goals. Over the years, he and his team have been driven by an intense commitment to deliver the ultimate level of service to individuals and families across their financial lives. In October 2017, Will merged his firm with HFA and became an HFA owner and president. His skills, expertise and background have been a welcome addition to the HFA management team.

Will has more than 25 years of business and personal financial services experience in both the private and public sector. He has also served as an Officer in the United States Army Corp of Engineers, where he served in Operation Desert Storm and was awarded the Bronze Star. These days, Will and his wife Colleen spend most of their nonwork time watching their three children—Emily, Katie and Augie—playing numerous sporting events. He also serves on several Boards and Committees in the community.
